Now, the rest of the story...
I was beginning a long cross country (MI-AZ) (my first) and had electrical issues on my ’89 1100 VT Shadow coming off the ferry (Manitowoc). On a Friday afternoon, Paul & Team accurately diagnosed issue (rotor stator, regulator), obtained parts via overnight shipment, repaired the problem (my home dealer earlier had told me it was "probably a weak battery issue!), and by Saturday noon, sent me down the road. I am now in Colorado, on schedule, having the time of my life seeing America.
Separately, Paul sold me an excellent TourMaster jacket (I am sure he was quietly laughing inside when I told him what my current rain suit was!). Also, he helped mail home the original rain suit and leather jacket no longer required. Also, Paul arranged to give me a ride to a local motel for overnight stay...and recommended a good restaurant within walking distance (across the street).
Also, he showed me the Suzuki Bergmann, something I wasn't aware, and will likely be a future purchase for my wife.
In summary, I have visited many Honda dealers over the years, and I can easily say that I have never experienced a more friendly, knowledgeable, and willing-to-serve-and-satisfy-the-customer group than at Badger Cycle. I hope whoever is running things at Badger Cycle understands there are some excellent national level assets there...and yes, the hardware is fine too!

"On a recent trip around Lake Michigan I had a flat on the rear of my 1100 Sabre on a Sunday afternoon neccesitating an over night stay in Manitowoc. Found Badger Cycle in the Yellow Pages. On Monday morning I was at the shop by 8:30 (they open at 9:00) and Paul (the owner) let me in and had the shop working in installing a new tire before they opened. The mechanic even came out to clean fingerprints off the chrome after he had brought the bike out to me. Superb service, pleasant friendly owner and staff, makes me wish they were a bit closer to Michigan.

"We had a trike conversion done on my 2002 Pearl Yellow Goldwing in July 2007. Paul made sure that everything was completed in less than 3 weeks so I could drive it on a long trip we had planned this year. Paul gave us lots of good advice when we were placing the order, like recommending the raked steering kit; and he also made sure my fancy chrome tail pipes remained visible. The trike is absolutely gorgeous and when we took our trip I got lots of compliments on it. I highly recommend Paul and the service department at Badger Cycle in Manitowoc!"

"I own a 1981 Honda CM400T in really great condition and fun to ride! When we purchased the bike, in Sheboygan where we live, a friend recommended that the wife and I buy our helmets at Badger Cycle for a good price and good service. He was not wrong at all, nice folks and very helpful with the purchase.
When it came time for a new chain for the bike, the folks at Badger Cycle were the most helpful for both the info on the chain and the installation service. I was pleased with both the price and the Service Department. Definitely worth the time and drive! Will do again!
